Claim or correct a Care4AU listing

If you represent a provider shown on Care4AU, you can ask us to update the details or manage the profile. There is no self-service claim dashboard yet. Use the provider application and include the listing page address and the change you are requesting.

How to request a claim or correction

  1. Open the provider application.
  2. Enter your business name, work email, services and service locations.
  3. In “Anything else we should know”, paste the existing Care4AU listing address and say whether you want to claim it or correct details.
  4. We will review the request and reply to your work email if we need to confirm that you represent the business.

What to include

Use an organisation email address where possible. Tell us which information is wrong and provide the accurate replacement. For a new profile, describe the services you actually deliver, locations covered, funding arrangements accepted and current capacity. You may ask us to publish your business email, business phone number or website.

Review and publication

We review provider requests before changing or publishing a profile. A claim request does not automatically make a profile verified or endorsed. We may ask for further details, and we may keep the “unclaimed” label until the review is complete. You can read our safety and verification approach to see what Care4AU does and does not check.

Fees and privacy

There is no charge to submit a provider application or correction request during early access. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Do not include participant, client or health information in your application. Care4AU replies by email only; see how Care4AU handles information.
