Provider plans and pricing explained
Care4AU is in an early access stage. Providers can request a basic profile or a correction for free, but paid subscriptions are not currently open for purchase. Prices and feature descriptions shown as planning concepts are not an offer, quote or active subscription. No payment is taken through the current provider forms.
What providers can do now
Use the provider application form to request a profile. Include accurate business details, services, locations, public contact information and a provider-controlled website where available. Care4AU reviews submissions and may ask for clarification by email. A profile request does not guarantee publication, enquiries or revenue.
What a future paid plan should make clear
Before any paid plan opens, Care4AU will publish the price, billing frequency, included features, listing eligibility, renewal and cancellation terms, and how billing disputes are handled. Providers should be able to understand what they are paying for and how to leave. Optional visibility features should not be described as guaranteed leads or conversions.
How to assess value
Compare the cost with the work needed to maintain a current profile, the relevance of enquiries, service-area fit and the time required to respond. Ask what reporting will be available, how an enquiry is attributed, and what happens when information is incorrect or a request is outside your service area. Provider outcomes depend on demand, capacity, service quality and many factors Care4AU does not control.
Participant requests remain free
Participants, families and support coordinators can submit a support request for free. Care4AU responds by email and asks before sharing a request with a provider. The form does not require a phone number. Provider business phone and email details may be shown on the public profile if the provider chooses to include them.
Read the current provider plan status, submit a profile request or ask a question using the Care4AU contact form.
